Find any Stripe payment in seconds
Stripe payments now carry your Payment Id, and Tabby checkouts carry more of your customer's history.
Find any Stripe payment in seconds
Stripe payments now carry your Payment Id, so a payment in your Stripe dashboard and an order in your admin are finally the same number.
Before, a Stripe payment showed up as "Total Order Value" — the same words on every payment you'd ever taken. Matching one to an order meant working backwards through amounts and timestamps.
Now each payment reads Payment Id 248, worded exactly as your admin labels it, and you can search your Stripe dashboard by that number to jump straight to it. Nothing to turn on. It applies to every new Stripe payment.
Tabby now sees more, and approves more
Tabby decides whether to approve a customer at the moment they choose to pay. That decision is only as good as what we tell them — so we now tell them considerably more.
Every Tabby checkout now includes how long the customer has shopped with you, how many orders they've completed, and their recent order history with your store. A returning customer is recognised as one instead of looking like a stranger.
Order details improved too. Each item now carries a proper product category, its barcode, its image, and whether it can be returned — so customers see what they're buying on Tabby's page, and Tabby has what it needs if a purchase is ever disputed.
Better information means more of your customers get approved. Nothing to set up, on every store already using Tabby.
