• Spam & Harassment: Engaging in spam, phishing, or other forms of unsolicited communication.
• Malicious Code: Using Eaglecart to host malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• System Interference: Attempting to access, interfere with, or compromise Eaglecart’s systems, infrastructure, or other users’ accounts.
• Unauthorized Resale: Reselling or sharing Eaglecart services without explicit written permission.
• Manipulation: Manipulating reviews, ratings, or feedback on the platform unethically.

4. Security & Account Responsibility

• Credentials: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Authentication: Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended for all accounts.
• Reporting: Immediately report any suspected account compromise or suspicious activity to Eaglecart.
• Device Security: Ensure that any device used to access Eaglecart is secure and updated with anti-virus and firewall protection.

5. Intellectual Property Compliance

• Respect Rights: Respect all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
• Infringement: Do not upload or distribute content that infringes on the rights of third parties.
• Removal Policy: Eaglecart reserves the right to remove infringing content and suspend or terminate accounts violating IP rights.

6. Enforcement & Remedies

Violation of this policy may result in the following actions:

• Immediate Action: Eaglecart may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
• Legal Action: We may pursue legal remedies, including reporting to law enforcement or initiating civil claims.
• Permanent Ban: Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination and denial of access to future services.
