Jeebly shipment statuses now update themselves
Jeebly pushes each shipment event to Eaglecart as it happens, so orders move on their own.
No more refreshing to see where a parcel is
You no longer wait for someone to check a courier's status. Jeebly now pushes each shipment event to Eaglecart as it happens, and the order's fulfilment status moves on its own from in-transit through out-for-delivery to delivered, or to return-to-origin.
Set it up once
Each store gets its own webhook URL and security key, both shown on the Jeebly settings page with copy buttons. The key is generated by Eaglecart, and you send both values to your Jeebly account manager to have the webhook enabled. The key is masked by default with a reveal toggle. The card shows when the last update was received, so you can confirm it's working rather than guessing.
Two statuses stay in your hands
Fourteen Jeebly statuses are mapped. Two are deliberately left for you — "Not Picked Up" and "Cancelled" mean the parcel is back in your hands, and the right next step (rebook, cancel, refund) is a business decision, not an automatic one. Both are still recorded in order history with the courier's own wording and failure reason, so nothing is lost.
Late events can't rewrite history
Events arriving late or out of order can't move an order backwards, and a status can never drop below in-transit once the courier has the parcel.
