In October 2022 we opened a retail showroom inside a major city centre. On paper it was the natural next step for the ecommerce business. The checkout flow is built to be finished in under a minute with one hand.
- On the POS tab, find the item — search by name, tap a category, or tap the scan button and read the barcode.
- Tap the plus on the product card to add it to the cart. The cart shows each line with its colour or size, the price, a quantity control and a delete button.
- The cart footer keeps the running maths visible: VAT included at 5%, sub total, and total amount.
- If the customer asks for a deal, tap Discount. Choose a percentage (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 50) or type your own, or switch to a fixed amount or a coupon. The discount line and the VAT recalculate immediately.
