No. Eaglecart charges 0% platform transaction fees. You pay your subscription, and your payment provider may charge its normal card processing fees.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. There is no time limit and no card is required to start. Build your store on a eaglecart.com address and use everything within the Free plan limits. Move up when you need your own domain, online payments or higher limits.
Will I lose my data if I move to a smaller plan?
No. Your data is never deleted. Anything above the new plan limits is kept safely and becomes available again the moment you upgrade.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Move up whenever you need more capacity — upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply from your next renewal.
What is included in the first month for SAR 9?
The full plan you choose, not a reduced version. After the first month the normal price applies, and you can cancel before renewal if it turns out not to suit you.
Can I move my existing store across?
Yes. Import your products from a spreadsheet and create redirects to preserve existing search traffic. On Enterprise our team handles the migration for you.
