Pricing questions, answered
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. Eaglecart charges no transaction fee on any plan. You connect your own Stripe account, keep your own Stripe rates, and the money goes to you. We charge the subscription and nothing else.
Is the point of sale an extra cost?
No. The point of sale is included in every plan, including AED 99. If you open more counters than your plan includes, each additional counter is AED 69 per month.
What do I get on the lower plans, and what needs Pro?
Starter and Business include the online store, point of sale, inventory tracking and barcode printing, quotations and invoices. The full warehouse system — shelf locations, receiving, picking, packing and stock movement — starts on Pro. If you have staff walking a stockroom with a picking list, Pro is your plan.
Can I run a workshop on the entry plan?
Yes. Job cards, workflow tracking, and estimates and invoices raised from a job card are on every plan, including Starter. Vehicle records and full customer service history start on Business.
What quotation and invoice features are on Starter?
Starter includes quotations with custom items, one-click conversion into an invoice, and VAT tax invoices with a QR code. Customer signature on quotations, bilingual Arabic and English documents, and multi-currency with payment tracking start on Business.
What if I need one more user?
Add a user to any plan for AED 39 per month. You can grow one hire at a time instead of moving up a whole tier.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can set up your products, run a sale through the point of sale, and issue a real invoice before you pay anything.
Do you help me set the store up?
Yes, and it costs nothing. Every plan includes free help with your basic setup, and support runs on WhatsApp 24 hours a day. Pay yearly on Pro or Large and we will design a custom homepage for you, free.
Which couriers can I use?
Two UAE-based couriers are integrated and ready on every plan, with a tracking page your customers can follow. If you already work with a different courier, we can build that integration for you on request.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down whenever your business changes. Your products, customers, orders and stock stay exactly where they are.
