Tell us the destination country and required standard, such as IEC 60076 or the applicable IEEE/ANSI specification. Our team will confirm the design basis, efficiency requirements, available test reports and any certification needed for the selected model before quotation. Certification availability is model- and project-specific.
Send the rated capacity (kVA/MVA), primary and secondary voltage, frequency, phase, vector group, impedance, cooling method, tap range, quantity and destination. Include the single-line diagram, installation environment and required delivery date where available.
Discuss the required voltage ratio, winding material, enclosure, cable entry, cooling, protection and accessories with our engineering team. Final feasibility, dimensions and performance are confirmed in the approved technical proposal and drawings.
Lead time depends on the transformer rating, design, materials, test scope and order quantity. Share your project schedule early. We will confirm the production and shipping plan after technical and commercial requirements are agreed.
Agree the routine tests, any required type or special tests, inspection witness points and document list in the purchase specification. Ask for the applicable test reports, nameplate details, approved drawings and installation information for the ordered configuration.
